Returns & Exchanges


If you are not happy with a product or if you ordered the wrong size, we'll make sure to solve the problem. Please contact us so we can work out a solution.

This is our cancel, return and exchange policy. 

RETURNS


If you ordered and bought items from Ultimate ADV Moto Gear, but would like to cancel the purchase and return the items you received, you can withdraw your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

Visibility period


This period of 14 days after your purchase is the "trial period" and starts on the day after receipt of the item. If you have ordered multiple items at once, the trial period will start after you have received the last item. During the viewing period, you can view the articles and try clothes as you would in an ordinary shop. To be able to withdraw free of charge, the article must of course be unused and complete with the original packaging and accompanying cards. Fitting clothes is no problem. If the product is damaged or worn, we will charge a fee.

 

How to cancel?


You can withdraw and cancel the purchase by sending an email to ultimateadvmotogear@gmail.com, within the viewing period, informing us that you want to revoke the purchase.

Please mention in that email:

  • Your name;

  • your address;

  • the date of your order

  • a description of the product
     

It is also possible to withdraw by using our withdrawal form and send it to us by e-mail or by post. A copy of the withdrawal form can be found in our general terms and conditions.

Return shipments, return service and shipping costs


After withdrawal you have another 14 days to send the article back to us or bring it back to us.

The costs for returns are for the buyer. Return shipments are also at the buyer's risk, which means that Ultimate ADV Moto Gear is not liable for any damage to or loss of returned items.

You can also bring the items back to our office. Always make an appointment first to avoid standing in front of a closed door. Of course, no costs are applied. There is a good chance that a cup of coffee will be ready for you when you arrive.

When will I receive my purchase money back?


In case of cancellation of your purchase we will refund the purchase price as soon as possible but no later than 5 days after receipt of the returned items. Have you paid us shipping costs when you purchased your order and returned the complete order? Then you will also receive the shipping costs back. Reimbursement takes place using the same payment method as with which you paid for your order.

 

EXCHANGE

Would you like to exchange items you bought from Ultimate ADV Moto Gear, for example for a different size or color? You can exchange your purchase up to 14 days after your purchase, during the above mentioned trial period. To be able to exchange, the article must, of course, be unused and complete with the original packaging and accompanying cards. Fitting clothes is no problem. If the product is damaged or worn, we will charge a fee.

How to exchange?


Please let us know by phone or e-mail within the viewing period that you want to exchange an article. Always contact us before returning the items so that we can first check if a replacement item is available. If the replacement article is (temporarily) not available, we will definitely come up with a suitable solution.

Return shipments and shipping costs


We will share the cost of returning the items and then resending replacement products with you: you pay for returning the items to us, we pay for resending the replacement products to you regardless of the value of the replacement product.

Refund and additional payment


If you exchange an item for a cheaper item, we will refund the difference as soon as possible after receipt of the returned items. If you exchange for a more expensive item, we will send the replacement item as soon as the difference in purchase price has been received by us.
